The Assembler I will work on Quarter Pallet (QP) Line(s), Conversion, other special orders assembling Kitting products, automated or manual, and will assist the production areas in various tasks including assembling corrugate, completing Quart Pallet Displays, sorting, counting, 5S activities, replenishing supplies, organizing stock, and assignments.

Job Description:

The Final Assembler I will work on Quarter Pallet (QP) Line(s), Conversion, other special orders assembling Kitting products, automated or manual, and will assist the production areas in various tasks including assembling corrugate, completing Quart Pallet Displays, sorting, counting, 5S activities, replenishing supplies, organizing stock, and assignments. May serve as a backup to other positions in other areas at the direction of management; other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience and Competency Requirement

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Process assembly experience, preferably in manufacturing environment

• Agility – Flexible to change to other QP Lines or areas in one shift

• Excellent eye-hand coordination

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks- while standing

• Attention to Detail

• Self-Motivation

• Understand and Follow Instructions

• Must be able to work with a team respectfully and effectively

Physical Requirements:

Standing up to 12 hours per shift

Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

High Level of manual dexterity skills
