Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a CNA and HHA for Home Health Care at TLC Private Home Care Inc. located in Bourne, MA. As a CNA and HHA, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and personalized care to our clients in their homes. Your daily tasks may include assisting with activities of daily living, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing companionship and emotional support. Your dedication and commitment will contribute to our clients\' overall well-being and quality of life.
