This position will serve as a member of the Facilities Team to provide 24-hour comprehensive maintenance support for all company divisions. The divisions will include Convenience Stores, Casinos, Car Washes, Hotels, and the Corporate Office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Respond to facility maintenance requests from all divisions.

  • Provide technical support to all divisions.

  • Performs general repair services and order parts.

  • Issue work order numbers and input them into work order tracking software.

  • Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining fuel systems, car wash equipment, and deli equipment.

  • Perform general plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC and other similar repair/maintenance duties.

  • Responsible for on-call repair and service of all mechanical and electrical equipment (excluding computer equipment) on a 7-day rotating schedule amongst other employees of the Facilities Team.

  • Will be required to carry a cell phone at all times during the 7-day on-call period.

  • When not on call will work regular Monday-Friday business hours.

    NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

  • Assist with warehouse duties as needed.

  • Special projects assigned by Supervisor.

  • Invoice processing and administrative reporting for the Facilities team.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    COMPUTER SKILLS :

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software, and Internet software.

    REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

  • Ability to obtain a State of Montana DEQ Class B or higher Operator License within 6 months of hire date.
