Audit Convenience store daily paperwork per procedures, make corrections and provide training to store personnel as needed. Review and correct inventory invoice entries for various C-stores and provide training to store personnel as needed. Perform Accounts Payable functions and statement reconciliation. Responsible for auditing specific general ledger accounts monthly, make appropriate journal entries. Maintain monthly/weekly reports and distribute to appropriate personnel. Research transactions on occasion to verify sales and income are accounted for correctly. Become knowledgeable with TP point of sale equipment to assist locations and research transactions.Perform accounting processes and maintain the integrity of the General Ledger Accounts and accounts payable functions assigned for multiple locations. Compile monthly/weekly management reports. Work with daily auditing procedures to ensure all accounting processes and values are accurate.
