Responsibilities Job Description

We are looking for a Server/Culinary Assistant . This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our senior age residents for our Senior Community in Burnsville, MN.

Ebenezer Ridges Care Center is part of a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care for seniors. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital, conveniently located at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN.

• Serves prepared meals to residents and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting

• Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and happiness with their meal service

• Sanitizes equipment, work areas and maintains supplies

• Assists with meal prep and special events

• Provides kitchen support when needed with dish washing and cleaning of floors

• Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately

• Performs duties as assigned and directed

• Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork and positive attitude required

• Desire to work with seniors

• Ability to interact empathetically and communicate effectively with residents and staff

• Prefer some work experience in a customer service setting, but not required

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $17.77 - $25.64 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience
