TEKsystems Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Burnaby, British Columbia

Our client, a leader in the apparel industry, is looking to add a Bilingual French Call Center Representative to their team in Burnaby on a full-time contract basis.

The responsibilities for this role include:

• Handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails regarding orders, speaking to customers in both English and French

• Processing and managing orders and coordinating customized order details

• Acting as the liaison between customers and internal departments as required

• Provide accurate and prompt quotes to customers and the sales team

• Assist customers with order issues, billing issues, and product customization requests

• Proactively manage backorders and out-of-stock orders and following up with customers

• Ensure a high level of service to customers at all times

• Utilize internal CRM software to update and maintain customer records

Qualifications:

• Previous call center experience

• 3 years of overall customer service experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French

• Experience in the apparel or hard goods industry would be an asset

• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM would be an asset

This position will be in-office in Burnaby between Monday – Friday (standard office hours)

There is opportunity to transition into a permanent role if performance is exceeding expectations
