Who We Are Looking For: The Unified Communications System Administrator participates in the operations of Cambia's communications environment by providing technical, collaborative, system engineering, configuration, administration, and support. This includes configuring and maintaining our communications and collaboration platforms, developing procedures, site security, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation. This position must adhere to departmental policies and procedures including technical and architecture standards, production implementation standards, regular status reporting and providing work estimates and time tracking. Preferred Key Experience: * This position requires a Unified Communications Administrator that is knowledgeable in the design, configuration, deployment and maintenance of an Oracle Session Border Controller or similar SBC. * This person is able to create, configure and manage complex dial plans, routing tables, voice gateways and audio codes across multiple platforms. * Is Familiar with industry standards like Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) * Able to manage and support Enterprise Voice, Teams Telecom, unified messaging including voicemail, hunt groups and call recording. * Is familiar with call center phone systems, like the Nice CXone InContact or other contact center systems. What You Bring to Cambia: Qualifications (Not limited to): * A successful candidate would have a minimum of 3 years' experience in related Telecom Administration/System Administration field. * The candidate should have a can-do attitude and can learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. * Have refined organizational, time management, collaboration, interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving ability. Skills and Attributes (Not limited to): * Familiar with the following: current telecommunications technology, industry standards for carrier interfaces, transport framing, protocols, IP networking, including switching, routing, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, Real Time Protocol, H.323, MGCP, SCCP, SIP and SRTCP. * Must be familiar with infrastructure management techniques such as change management, problem management, release management, configuration management and/or system lifecycle. * Knowledge of VOIP phones & Conference room equipment such as Surface Hubs, Microsoft Teams Rooms devices as well as the Microsoft Teams conference room tools, Live Events, Town Halls and Webinars. * Able to support other conferencing systems such as Zoom, Goto Meeting, Webex and AT&T Conference Bridges. * Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and familiar with PowerShell studio. * Knowledge of administration of other Microsoft O365 environments, such as Exchange or SharePoint.
