Express Employment Professionals has partnered with the largest property management team in Skagit County to recruit for their next Receptionist/Maintenance Coordinator.
As the Receptionist/Maintenance Coordinator, you will be the face of this company, responsible for managing the front desk and coordinating maintenance activities efficiently.
What you get to do:
- Greet visitors and residents
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Handle financial records
- Coordinate maintenance tasks
- Manage front office duties efficiently
What you need to be successful:
- Bookkeeping experience preferred
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Accounting Software
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM -- 5:00PM
Pay: $20.00
