We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team in Burlington, Vermont. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to ensuring the seamless coordination of operations. As a Dispatcher, you will play an essential role in managing logistics, communicating with team members, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and Dispatch: Assign and deploy personnel, vehicles, or equipment to specific locations based on schedules, customer requirements, and real-time conditions.

Monitor Operations: Track and monitor ongoing activities to ensure smooth and timely execution of responsibilities. Address any changes, delays, or unexpected challenges promptly.

Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing service requests, inquiries, or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Team Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members to relay instructions, updates, and essential information.

Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including dispatch logs, schedules, and reports to support operational planning and compliance.

Requirements

• Solid understanding and ability to use various computer programs

• Experience with CRM systems is essential

• Ability to provide accurate and timely answers

• Previous experience in answering inbound calls is preferred

• Excellent communication skills are a must
