Description

A company is looking for a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and aid the smooth running of the HR department within our organization. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for tasks such as assisting with employee recruitment, onboarding, record keeping, payroll and benefits, policy implementations, providing general administrative support to HR executives, and facilitating the resolution of employee conflicts efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in talent acquisition and employee recruitment strategies.

  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.

  • Coordinate HR projects including meetings, training, surveys, and parties.

  • Assist with processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process.

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to employment.

  • Answer employee requests and questions regarding HR related topics.

  • Provide support to employees in some HR-related topics such as leaves, benefits etc.

  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance processes.

  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field of study.

  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant Human Resources/Administrative position.

  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.

  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

  • Familiarity with HR databases and HRIS systems.

  • Experience with resume databases and applicant tracking systems.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • In-depth understanding of local employment laws and regulations.

  • A PHR or SHRM certification is a plus.
