We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager who also serves as our University Relationship strategies and programs.

This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management, and the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with universities and research institutions.

Technical PJT/Program Management

  • Develops project plan and oversees from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes and resources. Ensure objectives are clearly defined and agreed to across the business unit.

  • Responsible for managing schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software.

  • Drives allocated resources from other organizations to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project. Initiates and manages capital allocation requests, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.

  • Leads multifunctional design teams comprised of internal, external and/or matrixed headcount to complete project/program. Provides technical leadership to team members to achieve goals.

  • Interfaces and coordinates with customers to define objectives, provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment.

  • Provides engineering and business process expertise to team and other members on various significantly complex programs/issues.

University and Academic PJT/Program Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive university relations strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including university faculty members, and Univ. organizations.

  • Collaborate with universities to create new programs for attracting talent, developing employees

  • Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other relevant events to enhance visibility and build relationships within the academic community.

  • Partner with university team to annually assess each target universities' performance to determine overall effectiveness, review analyses with key stakeholders and use data and feedback to make long-term decisions
