Title: Software Engineer II

Job Location: 1 Seneca Street, Buffalo, NY 14203

DESCRIPTION:

Develop, maintain, and enhance software using HTML5, Angular & AngularJS, Object Oriented JavaScript, Bootstrap framework, .Net core MVC UI, C#, IIS, and TFS to perform requirement gathering, analysis, estimation, architecture designing, prototyping, development, and implementation for applications using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); write documentation to describe program development logic, coding, and corrections; conduct user training, perform periodic system updates, interact with users for future enhancements; setup, configure and deploy applications on internet information services; perform application unit testing using Karma and Junit; solve vulnerabilities and accessibility testing related issues; perform tuning, production support, and root cause analysis for production live servers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum requirements: High School Diploma/GED and seven (7) years of experience in software development using HTML5, Angular or AngularJS, and JavaScript; including at least three (3) years of experience utilizing ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server, DevOps tools (GitLab, GitHub or related), and SSIS; performing requirement gathering, analysis, estimation, architecture designing, prototyping, development, and implementation for applications using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); performing application unit testing using Karma and Junit. The employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, and five (5) years of the above-mentioned experience.

Salary: $138,800.00- $148,800.00 per year.
