    How do you excel in this position

    Join our dynamic field service team specializing in BMS, fire, security, and CCTV systems. As a Service IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch IT support for our field operations, ensuring seamless functionality of workstations, servers, and network systems. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills to support our valued clients and internal projects.

    What are we looking for:

  • Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field required.

  • 1-3 years' relevant support desk work experience required.

  • Strong customer service skills and dedication to meeting expectations and requirements of external clients.

  • Proficiency in supporting Microsoft SQL systems required.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet the expectations and requirements of external clients with strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

    Additional skills preferred but not required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Network and hardware administration and troubleshooting ability preferred.
