Opportunity for a Lead BI Developer who will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of our reporting & business intelligence strategies and solutions. The successful candidate will leverage their experience in managing dataset creation and Power BI proficiency to drive data-driven decision-making processes and provide valuable insights to enhance business performance.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree * Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Lead with a focus on Power BI. * In-depth knowledge of Power BI functionalities, RLS (row-level security), data modeling, and DAX. * Strong SQL development experience * SSRS Reporting Experience * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. * Leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing BI teams. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
