Moog's Industrial Group (IG) is recruiting for Global Process Analyst - L2C with hands-on experience in SAP ECC, and preferably with S/4HANA, to join our team.

You will execute on the L2C work stream from a global perspective. Under the direction of the Global Business Process Owners (GBPOs) you will:

  • Document and maintain our global IG L2C processes.

  • Monitor and analyze these processes providing feedback for governance and improvements.

  • Collaborate with the application teams such as SAP, CRM to identify gaps between current state processes and the future state/blueprint.

You will also assist in the implementation of the training program and the related documentation. While this function is not restricted to any specific platform, including SAP and CRM, you will collaborate closely with the SAP Work Stream Lead (WSL) and the Entity Business Process Owners (BPOs) to facilitate the adoption of our digital platforms.

In this strategic role, you will support our long-term digital transformation, by standardizing our global processes and continuously improve them to deliver value to our business.

As a Global Process Analyst - L2C you will...

  • Process mindset: Strong understanding of L2C (CRM and SAP ECC) business processes and an ability to optimize process flows and documentation in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Technical acumen: Hands-on experience with SAP ECC (preferably S/4 HANA) and familiarity with Master Data, and tools such as Signavio.

  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to understand business issues and work with WSL to propose effective solutions.

  • Future-ready approach: Proactive in learning about SAP/CRM advancements, process mining/automation and related technologies. Willingness to lead projects involving enhancements, upgrades, and migrations to align with S/4 HANA's capabilities.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate business needs into system functionalities.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with the GBPO - Demand, SAP WSL, and Process Analysts to champion new systems and business processes.

  • Serve as a bridge between SAP technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are translated into feasible IT solutions that meet organizational objectives.

  • Document and communicate the IG Blueprint, functional requirements, and training materials for implementations and post-deployment support.

  • Maintain updated documentation on processes, applications, and solutions, ensuring adherence to global standards.

  • Evaluate current systems, identify modifications, and develop test scripts and user acceptance tests.

  • Governance includes monitoring standard procedures, detecting discrepancies and variations, and assessing requests for deviations or improvements through the intake process.

  • Collaborate with businesses and developers to articulate and translate requirements into functional specifications.

  • Identify current and target performance metrics to support operational improvement aligned with the Moog's IG strategy.

  • Create a digital twin of processes to enable monitoring and data-driven decision-making for continuous improvements.

To be considered forGlobal Process Analyst - L2C, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business discipline

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in position preferable as leader in a functional area, with at least two (2) years similar industry i.e. Business or Technical Operations.

  • Will require coordination across IG, covering more than 20 different sites, with different operating models and cultures.

  • Knowledge of existing Moog ERP systems is an advantage.

  • Understanding of the strategic direction, key operational metrics and challenges of the business.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP ECC and/or S4/HANA) is required.

  • Experienced with process documentation, monitoring and training tools like Visio, Solutions Manager, Signavio or Enable Now.

  • Lean practitioner to be able to capture value from current state processes and highlight improvement areas using available process mining tools and techniques.

  • A 6-sigma green belt or equivalent analytics certificate would be preferred

  • Ability to travel and operate in different time zones.

  • Systems and analytical thinker to manage the E2E process views.

  • Effective Change Leadership, communication and facilitation skills.

  • Understands the relationships, dependencies and impact of other business functions especially Finance.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $80,000.00-$135,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
