The Opportunity
Delaware North is searching for a Director of Cyber Security to join our enterprise IT team. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $154600 - $208700 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
Provides leadership and direction and drives long term strategies, plans, and methods within Cyber Security that will be responsive to the business and align with the goals and objectives of the greater Information Technology team.
Serves as a thought leader to Delaware North in the development, implementation, and maintenance of cyber security.
Ensures the successful execution of results and performance within the function through effective decision-making accountability, cooperation, ethics, and teamwork.
Builds collaborative relationships from the center of the enterprise, across functions, and with external partners through effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information management, computer science, business administration.
Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP) required.
At least 8 years' total information security experience with 5 years' management experience.
Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, manage competing agendas and priorities, and translate complex information across internal and external audiences
Demonstrated expertise in regulatory and compliance regulations, including Payment Card Industry (PCI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in multi-platform environments.
