Job Description

Candidates will assist in the assembly and production of mechanical pipe plugs, testing plugs, and bypass plugs. They will follow work instructions and perform basic inspections of each plug. The role includes kitting and packaging products as the day progresses. Candidates will use a variety of hand and power tools to build the plugs, load raw plug bodies into molds, and operate various equipment. This position requires standing all day and lifting up to 50 lbs multiple times throughout the shift. Comfort with using hand and power tools is necessary, but prior experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly and production of mechanical pipe plugs

• Follow work instructions and perform basic inspections of product

• Work in kitting and packaging products throughout the day.

• Use a variety of hand and power tools to build the plugs.

• Load raw plug bodies into molds and operate various equipment.

• Stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs multiple times.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Assembly experience

• Manufacturing experience

• General labor experience including landscaping, construction, or automotive mechanic work

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
