This position provides Technical Release Train Engineer (RTE) responsibilities for one or more Agile Release Trains for Invenco by GVR Programs and/or solutions including PI Planning preparation and leadership, Scrum team mentoring and management, delivery of committed development efforts on-time for every PI.

Key Responsibilities

· Support and drive actions post initiation on solutions from design / requirement analysis through delivery, picking up ownership after initial discussion and scoping.

· Support Engineering Teams and/or a Release Train Engineers and work with cross functional teams to define clear solutions, development of solutions, and integration with business operating processes as needed, working across product groups and geographies.

· Facilitating and driving PI Planning, execution and tracking.

· Ensure clear product and solutions specifications have been provided by Product Management and drive gap analysis / estimating of work content.

· Provide hands on scrum team mentoring and coaching for agile methodology for continuous improvement in estimating, sprint planning and velocity.

· Actively manage Planned and Committed deliverables.

· Host standard Scrum Ceremonies: Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Retrospective.

· Provide value added services through a coaching, value-added approach.

· Assist in identification and management of risks, dependencies and blockers for the Scrum team.

· Leverage knowledge of Project management to identify potential risks and mitigation approaches to keep program development on track, escalating as needed.

· Collect and report program flow measurement and other metrics as required.

· Oversee release activities for the Solution Train by working with Engineering Leads. Significant events on the solution roadmap and the solution planning board guide release timing

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience managing technical development teams

· Experience in product development or business analysis with extensive cross functional exposure preferred

· Fluent in English

· Distributed & multi-cultural team management experience

· Ability to manage multiple small development teams or one medium sized development team with associated risks and resource responsibilities
