• Create technical software designs to translate functional requirements into technical plans within our product architecture.

• Provide high level estimates and create technical execution plans.

• Provide leadership in the use of current and new technologies in our products, and on the technical implementation of product features.

• Completeness, Quality and Productivity of deliverables. These includes design, code, documentation, defect resolution.

• Teamwork and engagement

• Communication – Should be clear, correct and timely.

• Develop, test and support new feature requirements and changes to existing functionality.

• Make recommendations for improvement of SDLC.

• Lead effective software design and code reviews.

• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

5-7 years of experience highly preferred

Java, J2EE, EJB, Hibernate, Spring, JSP, JPA, Maven/ANT, Oracle, MySQL, SQL, PL-SQL, REST.

Experience with working on EJBs and Application Server like JBoss/Wildfly.
