Schlumberger Product Stimulation Engineer in Buenos Aires, Argentina
Mission
The Product Stimulation Engineer is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable products and services to our customers. This role involves consulting with operations groups to support areas of expertise, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and formally communicating findings. The engineer actively promotes new technology and service offerings, supports risk management, and applies lessons learned to improve job design and execution. Real-time support to operations is also provided as required.
Responsibilities
· Develop technical job designs for the Product Line.
· Identify and implement new, cost-effective techniques.
· Explore opportunities for value-added products and services.
· Provide technical support throughout the service delivery process.
· Understand and communicate the value of technology and interpretations.
· Develop simulation models and perform reservoir analysis using industry-standard softwares (preferably Visage and PETREL for wells and subsurface systems).
Key Activities
· Work on consulting projects for clients.
· Deliver courses and workshops to clients.
· Provide evaluation and onsite support for clients using SLB Digital softwares.
· Conduct demos and present Stimulation Shale workflows to clients for business development.

· Kinetix Shale Hydraulic Fracturing Software
Skills and Qualifications
· Recognized qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
· Over 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas field operations.
· Strong knowledge of completion techniques, production optimization, and reservoir management.
· Advanced level of English.
· Higher education degree in Engineering, Geology, or a related domain.
· Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Visage, PETREL, and Kinetix (preferred but not mandatory).
· Data analysis skills are an advantage.
· Ability to teach and share knowledge within the team and with external stakeholders.
· Openness to discovering new digital solutions offerings.
