As a UI Designer at AGCO, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interface designs for our digital products, including websites, mobile applications, and software. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate user needs and business requirements into engaging design solutions. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge digital experiences in the agriculture industry.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into design solutions.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma and Miro to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.

• Develop user interface designs that adhere to design principles, brand guidelines, and front-end development best practices along with working closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions and provide support as needed.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions, ensuring they meet user needs and expectations.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI design and contribute to creating a positive user experience across all digital products and other duties as assigned.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, or related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in a UI design role, with a strong portfolio highlighting successful projects.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Miro along with working knowledge of front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe) and experience working in Agile environments.

• Fluent in speaking and writing in English

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
