As a Performance Management Support for M&S Procurement - focused on E2E value generation and capture- reporting into the Performance Management Lead for Manufacturing & Supply within the Value Office, you will be supporting the tracking and management of the Procurement value pipeline for Manufacturing & Supply, and reporting to stakeholders across corporate functions (particularly Finance) and Business Units.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the Performance Management for Manufacturing & Supply Domain, focusing on maximizing the value delivered by procurement activities - including cost savings, Scope 3 CO2 reduction, social impact, revenue generation, innovation

• Work with Performance Management Lead for Manufacturing & Supply to unlock value through high-value projects and responsible for internal reporting to stakeholders

• Ensure alignment between Procurement targets and Manufacturing & Supply delivery plan and foster strong relationships with internal business units and external partners

• Operate as strategic advisor to Manufacturing & Supply category teams to understand risks & opportunities meanwhile working closely with Procurement Agile Squads

• Support the tracking of savings metrics and KPIs and track Manufacturing & Supply Domain’s contribution to BOI through value-driven reports and analyses while work in close alignment with Finance teams

• Support the preparation and delivery of executive-level reports and presentations

About you

Experience :

• Experience (5+ years) in a procurement role, with a focus on E2E value definition and capture

• Experience operating in a Manufacturing context, with strong understanding of COGS procurement

• Experience in Consulting organizations

• Strong understanding of Procurement processes and frameworks

• Strong financial acumen

Soft skills :

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions with unerring focus on generating business value

Technical skills:

• Power BI experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), especially using MS Excel

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or other relevant fields

Languages :

• Fluency in English
