Job Description

Position Overview:

As the General Manager Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior executives, gain exposure to various business functions, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Uploading contracts in contract approval system, due diligence for new/current suppliers, preparation of new suppliers.

  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the General Manager and various departments within the company.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of projects.

  • Arrange affiliate events, correspondence with suppliers, with hotels, private venues, conference centers.

  • Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, business administration preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English language, native Hungarian language.

  • At least 3 years’ experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, gained at a multinational company.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Discretion and confidentiality.

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
