Main responsibilities

• Assist Executive Recruitment Coordinators by supporting the full life cycle of executive recruitment and standardization processes

• Aid in creating and managing standard and confidential job requisitions, ensuring job posting compliance, processing candidate steps, and providing technology support and troubleshooting

• Support interview scheduling, including agenda verification, adding placeholders, booking meeting rooms, and managing invitations

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify and implement efficiency enhancements

• Build recruitment reports and analyze metrics, utilizing Excel to handle large datasets, including pivot tables, queries, and macros

About you

Experience

• Ongoing university studies (active student status) studying a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Min. 25 hour availability/week

Soft and technical skills

• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition; prior experience in the field is a plus

• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to manage large datasets, create pivots and graphs, and generate reports, PowerBI knowledge is advantageous

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive and curious approach to tasks

Languages

• Excellent English written and verbal
