Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact email campaigns that engage our audience, drive conversions, and enhance customer relationships. A day at work…

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.

• Coordinate the whole Email marketing production process with internal and external stakeholders.

• Create and manage segmented email lists to target the right audience.

• Write compelling and conversion-optimized email copy.

• Design and implement A/B tests to improve email performance.

• Track and analyze key email marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations.

• Ensure email campaigns align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

• Proven experience in email marketing or a related field.

• Has a strong project management skill.

• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe, BeeFree, STRIPO).

• Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for detail.

• Familiar with email automation, segmentation, and personalization techniques.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization (a plus).

• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking email metrics and optimizing campaigns.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
