What youll do:

• Drive compliance with BCM standard and controls.

• Represent team in SOC, ISO and KRITIS audits.

• Support Common Standard and Policy Statements. Conduct governance tasks.

• Validate assessments and business impact analyses to set criticality of product, service, or process.

• Examine recommended SLAs and align as necessary.

• Track and collect outstanding continuity plans, along with test evidence.

• Onboard facilitating. Conduct onboarding, training and knowledge sharing with internal stakeholders.

• Be local team interface. Field questions about disaster recovery and process continuity.

• Support process continuity tasks for global business units, cloud lines and enterprise services.

What you bring:

• Bachelors Degree as a minimum, Masters Degree is a plus.

• Higher education in certificates as business continuity management professional preferred

• 2-5 years work experience in Business Continuity Management disciplines: Disaster Recovery, Process Continuity, IT Service Continuity, Crisis Management

• Project management certification highly desired

• Very good understanding of business continuity management

• Willingness to grow and quickly gain good understanding of various Business Continuity disciplines.

• Extraordinary communication skills, written and verbal.

• Ability to withstand hectic days and high stress during emergencies.

• Fluency in English
