Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM Co-Marketing is a marketing investment benefit for IBM Partner Plus partners designed to supercharge their demand generation. The Ecosystem Co-Marketing Program Manager's primary responsibility is to design, create and deploy Co-Marketing programs and to track, measure and report the impact of the programs against yearly revenue targets.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Interact with local and global IBM marketing, sales, legal and brand stakeholders to ensure the program design and outcomes are aligned to IBM's strategic objectives

  • Consult in Co-Marketing process simplification

  • Ensure detailed data analysis is available and accurate in self-serve reporting systems for stakeholders

  • Enable internal and external teams on Co-Marketing programs and updates

  • Continuously iterate and improve processes and program design for partner satisfaction.

This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Ability to own a project, or multiple projects simultaneously and independently, from conception to execution and ability to meet deadlines

  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional global organization with teammates residing in other time zones

  • Strong analytical, communication, collaboration and problem solving skills

  • Fluent in English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and Slack.

  • MDF / Co-Marketing and partner program knowledge, ecosystem experience (IBM Co-Marketing and IBM Partner Plus experience preferred)

  • Experience working with Distributors, Resellers and/or ISVs and Technology partners

  • IBM Build and Sell motion experience preferred
