Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced UI Designer to join their UX team creating high-quality user experiences for a broad range of users and use cases in the IoT domain. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for clean and visually appealing design, possess superior UI skills, and be highly experienced with Figma.
Key Responsibilities:
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
Create needed new UI components in Figma
Provide pixel perfect designs for development teams
Contribute to design token transformation
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to enhance design consistency and efficiency
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Human Computer Interaction, or other relevant discipline or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in interaction and visual design
Enterprise level B2B SaaS software experience
Proven experience in UI design
Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio highlighting successful projects
Proficiency in Figma
Solid experience in creating Figma components
Experience with Tokens Studio & Figma Design Tokens
Preferred Requirements:
Excellent visual design skills with a keen understanding of user-system interaction
Experience with responsive design, complex workflows, and efficient handling of large data sets
Ability to present designs and effectively communicate solutions to development teams
Creative problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and oral communication and collaboration skills, with the proven ability in collaborating with cross-functional development teams
Works effectively & independently in a dynamic team environment.
Proven time management, organizational and follow-up skills to meet deadlines
Quality-orientation with passion for customer satisfaction
Keen awareness of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
