As a Financial Reporting and Budget Coordinator in Bucharest, you will be performing a number of core tasks that are at the heart of strong internal and external cooperation and compliance. This will include budget management, reporting using available systems, building expertise on processes and technical capabilities to continuously simplify and improve.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Budget management - performing data validations and consolidations for closing periods, tracking sales deductions for all customers, and run checks on payments against planned budgets

  • Prepare relevant reporting for business analysis using excel proficiency

  • Provide data, insights and support to business teams

  • Keep track of contracts and other requirements as per internal and external audit procedures

  • Identify and propose improvement opportunities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor graduate with strong academic records in Economics or Finance

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

  • Work ethic characterized by excellent collaboration skills within diverse organizations and teams, effective leadership, problem-solving, and prioritization

  • Good English command
