Google Corporate Account Executive, Digital Natives (English, Romanian) in Bucharest, Romania

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 7 years of sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.

  • Experience engaging with accounts, promoting a portfolio of products at C-level.

  • Experience working with clients in the digital natives industry.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Romanian fluently to interact with local stakeholders in this customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in promoting Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and working towards business goals in the technology industry.

  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

  • Ability to build relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan, present and execute strategy.

  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.

  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Customer Engineers and Google partners in order to maximize business results in the area and open up opportunities with enterprise customers.

  • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve goals by leading customers through the entire business process.

  • Explore and understand complex customer requirements on business and technical level.

  • Manage multiple opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for all adoption-related activities.
