This role will report to the Director of Sales & Service North America and lead our regional Sales Enablement team. The Sr Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for managing the Sales Enablement team to deploy programs, processes and tools that resonate with our end customers and enable our customer-facing teams to effectively deliver value to customers and achieve financial goals and performance. A successful candidate will be a hands-on contributor, gather insights and work collaboratively with cross functional teams in order to execute initiatives that improve upon the existing sales processes and deliver on orders and margin goals. Your work will directly influence our customer experience and business results. Responsibilities: Manage Enablement Team: Lead and develop the enablement team through hiring, onboarding, and coaching. Set clear goals, create development plans, and provide regular feedback to ensure alignment and growth. Oversee Sales Enablement Programs: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Leadership to develop, execute, and refine enablement programs. Use customer feedback and KPIs to continuously improve selling processes, revenue performance, and pricing strategies. Cross-Functional Liaison: Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams. Gather market insights and collaborate on initiatives to streamline processes, enhance tools, and empower the sales team. Performance Metrics Communication: Clearly communicate Sales Enablement strategies and KPIs to stakeholders, demonstrating the business impact of initiatives to secure support and build trust. Content Development: Partner with marketing and product management to create and distribute content. Ensure customer-facing teams can effectively communicate product information, driving sales effectiveness and enthusiasm. Product Support Leadership: Provide technical and commercial support for product configuration, quotations, and order acquisition. Manage projects to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and performance standards. Demand Planning: Collaborate cross-functionally to align on sales, inventory, and operational plans (SIOP). Communicate risks and develop solutions to improve demand forecasts. Continuous Improvement: Utilize customer feedback and key performance indicators to optimize existing approaches, enhancing the selling processes and driving better business results. Work Arrangement and Travel Requirements: Remote, anywhere in the US - Preferred locations: Within 4 hrs of Bryan, OH or Davidson, NC Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business with 5+ years of experience in a high-performance sales organization, encompassing roles in sales, enablement, or sales training required. Demonstrated expertise in best practices, methodologies, and technologies relevant to these areas required. Minimum of 2 years leading a regional team, with a proven track record of guiding and developing high-performing teams. Exceptional business acumen with a strong analytical foundation. Capable of identifying business and market trends to creatively explore growth opportunities. Proven ability to act as a change agent, effectively managing and implementing change within an organization.
