PAR Systems Painter in Brunswick, Georgia
Two Shifts available:
Friday - Sunday / 4:00am - 4:30pm (12 hours/day)
OR
Monday -Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm (10 hours/day)

Painters apply various techniques and use appropriate tools to ensure paint meet required specifications and quality standards of our naval & maritime customers. They have developed capabilities with paint mixing procedures and have the know-how to maintain painting equipment they work with daily. The Painter makes our one-of-a-kind products prepared to withstand the elements of the high seas by applying their expertise to prime, coat, and paint manufactured products that travel the globe.

The Painter will work primarily on the shop floor with teammates or in an enclosed paint booth. Being able to take direction, have an attention to detail, and execute well assist with ensuring you achieve success. Every member of the PAR team is highly dedicated to quality and anticipate you also upholding our standards.
Lastly, you can quickly build your ladder to success if you have prior experience in a manufacturing environment, can use plural pump and conventional pots, have previously worked with measurement tools, and have familiarity work orders. Being a self-starter and efficient will be help you being a recognized as a shining beacon of success.

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of related painting experience
Time Management and Prioritization: Given the unique challenges of a weekend shift, the candidate should have excellent time management skills to ensure production targets are met and prioritize tasks effectively.
Complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty preferred
Skilled in use of plural pump and conventional pot work knowledge preferred
Prior Experience with Mil- Spec Painting preferred
