Job Description
The Local IT Service Delivery Representative will manage the packing and receiving of equipment in departments. The primary responsibilities include receiving equipment from employees, testing and refurbishing computer equipment, pre-packing computer equipment, and assisting with other departments as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
Unboxing and properly storing equipment sent from previous and existing employees.
Cleaning and testing computer equipment
Notating and properly disposing of computer equipment.
Pre-packing tested and cleaned equipment
Ensuring your work area is clean and organized
Working with other departments as needed
Tracking incoming equipment into our proper tracking tools
Provide any insight or trends when receiving or sending equipment.
Ensuring that equipment is prepared prior to demand's starts dates.
Ensuring that daily tickets are supported with the correct equipment.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
18 Years of age or older with a completed High School Diploma or GED required
Willingness to work a flexible schedule required
Employment will be onsite in Lake Mary Florida required
Must be able to operate Pallet Machinery (no certification required)
MS Office Suite experience required
Strong attention to detail
Able to lift 50 pounds
Customer Focused attitude
Experience in IT administration,
Inventory Management preferred
Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve work processes; establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish a specific goal
Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion while maintaining professional demeanor
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
