ICAT is seeking candidates in the Broomfield, CO area for the following position.

Product Specialist

We will count on you to: Complete product reviews and propose product changes that require an in depth understanding and analysis of market trends, market needs, and competitive position. Become a subject matter expert on your assigned lines of business Develop key internal and external relationships that allow you to identify and propose solutions for customer's top pain points and needs. Develop knowledge of key data sources and processes to identify product/pricing problems to solve by collecting and analyzing internal and external intel/insights.

What you need to have: Bachelor's degree in a business discipline Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office Strong communication/relationship building skills High attention to detail, creativity, intellectual curiosity, strong time management skills, and a strategic mindset

What makes you stand out? 3-5 years of insurance experience 1+ years using data visualization tools creating compelling, professional dashboards (i.e. Tableau) Demonstrating initiative and a strong work ethic; resourceful and self-motivated
