Confidential Employer Assistant Clinic Director in Broomall, Pennsylvania

Assist in the day-to-day activities of the clinic, while prospecting for new clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan for clinic according to company standers for excellent service and growth.
  • Oversee the administering of tests, administrative tasks, and programs.
  • Coordinate with staff and provide constructive feedback.
  • Evaluate employee performance and meet with management.
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Ensure the clinic is clean and ready to serve customers.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls from prospective customers as well as assist current customers.
  • Review and evaluate procedures ranging from customer pricing and in office practices.
  • Target specific areas in the day-to-day activities which may need to improve efficiency.
  • Keep employees motivated.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and reporting any issues.
  • Work and meet with management to get the best performance from staff.
  • Oversee customer support processes and work to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer agreements with customer relations.
  • Ensure that clinic staff conforms to all laws and established industry standards.
  • Plan persuasive approaches to convince potential clients to do business with the company.
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals with effective customer relationship management.
  • Handle potential client follow-up; prepare for upcoming presentations; organize files and communicate with management.
  • Sell all product offerings demonstrating professional sales ability, knowledge, and skills all product lines.
  • Daily data entry into QuickBooks as well as all pertinent tasks pertaining to QuickBooks.

     

Essential Qualifications

 

  • Strong background and work experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, and email programs.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of contract management and experience in implementing best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing and/or major projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • A demonstrative commitment to high professional ethical standers in a diverse workplace.
  • Excels at operating in a fast paced, community environment.
  • Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
