Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care in a rehabilitation and nursing care facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of Long Term Care (LTC) experience and hold a valid NYS RN license. Responsibilities include endorsing and enforcing facility objectives, planning and coordinating nursing activities, conducting daily rounds, reviewing and revising resident care plans, ensuring continuity of care, conducting staff conferences, coordinating supplies and equipment, providing unit consultations, and maintaining necessary records.

Hard Skills

  • 6+ months of LTC experience

  • Valid NYS RN license

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

  • Familiarity with EMR systems (SigmaCare is a PLUS!)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Problem-solving skills

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position located in Brooklyn, NY

Full time and part time schedules available!

The facility is a 450-bed rehabilitation and nursing care center with a mission to provide quality care and support for individuals requiring short-stay or long-term inpatient care.
