Position Summary

The Creative Project and Production Coordinator will assist with managing creative project + production requests, processes, asset management and creative deliverables from kickoff to completion. This role will report to the Director of Project Management. NYC based role, hybrid schedule.

This is a hybrid role based in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn headquarters. Candidates based in the New York City area can expect a base salary that ranges from $65,000 to $70,000. The base salary offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Intake, digest, and assign briefs from various teams within the org

  • Work with Dir. PM to manage creative team workload based on project prioritization

  • Serve as liaison between cross-functional team and creative team

  • Create project timelines in project management software and manage orderly flow of projects from initial scoping and development to delivery and production of final deliverables

  • Organize and lead kick off and status meetings with key players to ensure that project needs, and deadlines are being met, and ensure next steps are clearly communicated

  • Ensure projects are routed for proper approval and all sign offs are recorded. Records and saves final creative/deliverables

  • Manage small scale production requests such as retouching, event photography sourcing, talent outreach (for ex. Illustrator, editors), etc.

  • Support Dir. and agencies on larger scale production projects including ordering products, creative partner sourcing, communicating between internal team and agencies

  • Tagging new assets in the DAM and keeping track of usage

Key Candidate Requirements

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience

  • 1+ years experience in production/asset management

  • Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in a PM tool such as Asana or Workfront, DAM management is a plus

  • Experience reconciling monthly budget tracking for photo shoots

  • Ability to shift focus when needed from project to project quickly

  • Strong organization, multitasking, planning and time-management abilities

  • Ability to negotiate timelines and assess and communicate risk

  • Experience with administrative tasks

  • NYC based
