Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist in the transport industry, located in Broadview, Illinois. The role primarily involves serving as the key point of contact for our customers and contributing to new business development strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with prospective and existing clients, meeting sales goals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their unique needs and requirements

• Meet monthly and annual sales goals and targets as established by the company

• Generate leads through customer referrals

• Conduct sales presentations to clients through high-quality product demonstrations

• Continuously learn about company products/features and keep up-to-date with market trends

• Resolve customer complaints, inquiries and provide product information promptly

• Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies to improve sales, product performance, and customer satisfaction

• Use CRM system to track progress, submit reports, and forecast sales targets

• Participate in sales team meetings, sales trainings, and one-on-one coaching sessions. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer experience role within the transport industry

• Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction

• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

• Experience in Inside Sales and building customer relationships

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking customer interactions, analyzing data, and reporting

• Familiarity with Customer Success strategies and methodologies

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Willingness to continually learn about new products and services within the transport industry

• Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
