Red Hat Software Engineer - Openshift Observability (Brno Office, Czech Republic) in Brno, Czech Republic
The Red Hat Observability Intelligence team is looking for an engineer to join us in the Czech Republic. Be prepared to join a team developing Observability Analytics tools for Openshift clusters that are used both by Red Hat customers and internally within Red Hat. In this role you will be also required to stay up to speed with AI and develop AI agents for the agentic flow of Openshift Lightspeed.

W hat you will do
Integrating Observability Analytics tools with other cluster components
Develop Observability Kubernetes operators (multi-cluster and single-cluster)
Developing AI agents for Openshift Lightspeed agentic flow
Close cooperation with Quality Engineering team
Work in Agile framework, work in team environment
What you will bring
Working knowledge any high level programing language - preferably Go
Experience with containers and/or Kubernetes
Open-minded with a deep desire to learn new things
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work in a team environment
Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Prometheus/PromQL is a plus
Familiarity with AI, LLMs, Agentic flow, MCP and Python is a plus
Familiarity with microservices architectures is a plus
