Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate young professionals.

  • Strong Organizational Abilities: Effective project management and coordination experience.

  • Effective Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey technical concepts and expectations to interns, colleagues, and stakeholders across different teams and global locations.

  • Technical Expertise: Background in software development, with proficiency in Java and SQL (OracleDB) to provide hands-on technical guidance.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Internship Management: Oversee, onboard, and provide ongoing support to interns across various teams within the NetSuite Application organization.

  • Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance interns' skills and knowledge in software development, ERP systems, and related technologies.

  • Mentorship & Coaching: Guide interns with regular feedback, performance evaluations, and career advice.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to align internship projects with company objectives.

  • Inclusive Environment: Foster a positive and diverse learning environment that encourages professional growth and innovation.
