About the role:

  • Prepare daily Agency Portfolio tasks including receipting, disbursements, and reconciliations.

  • Provide regular reporting in line with auditing and legislative requirements.

  • Support external audits, ensuring queries are addressed in a timely manner.

  • Analyse system data to provide insights.

  • Analyse processes and procedures and develop recommendations to deliver improved efficiency and best in class processes - as well as support the new system development project.

  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

About you:

  • The ideal candidate is CPA or CA qualified Accountant. Previous audit experience is desirable.

  • A high level of attention to detail, strong organisational and analytical skills, with a process orientated approach to projects.

  • The ability to build strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.

  • Strong capabilities with the Microsoft Excel; Experience with Business Intelligence reporting, ERP and/or System implementation is desirable.

  • Prior property industry experience, knowledge of trust accounting legislation or a property licence is highly advantageous.
