Your Role

We are looking for a driven Operational Care Specialist where you will be responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to arrange and approve value added services (VAS) for our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Organizing transport based on the customer promise and lowest costs.

• Coordinating with the customer on specific pick-up/drop off location and time.

• Facilitating permits and documents for customs.

• Arranging other VAS such as fumigation, stuffing, certificate of origin, etc.

• Performing all commination with vendors with exception of carriers.

• Updating of systems status and upload documents relating to KN services.

• Attending to Dangerous Goods approvals.

Your Skills and Experiences

Additionally, you will have:

• Experience in a similar role is highly preferred.

• An understanding of the local market and regulations within the industry.

• Prior exposure with balancing stakeholders and managing conflict.
