Full Job DescriptionPosition OverviewOur client is seeking a highly motivated Scientific Publication Manager to join our Global Scientific Communications team in Oncology. This role is pivotal in managing the development and execution of high-quality scientific publications that communicate our research and advancements in oncology to the medical community and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, writing, and submission of scientific publications in oncologyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize scientific dataEnsure compliance with publication standards and guidelinesDevelop publication strategies to maximize the impact of scientific findingsReview and edit manuscripts, presentations, and abstracts for clarity and accuracyMaintain relationships with key opinion leaders and authors in the oncology fieldTrack and analyze publication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of publicationsQualificationsAdvanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) in Life Sciences or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in scientific publishing or communications within the healthcare sectorStrong understanding of oncology research and therapeutic areaExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExperience with publication planning and managing timelinesFamiliarity with regulatory requirements for scientific publicationsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
