TEKsystems Director Of Customer Service in Bridgewater, New Jersey
TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in Somerset County, NJ for a long term contract position as a Customer Service Director. This role will lead a team of representatives, collaborate with various departments and leaders, and support customer relationships. Description
The primary role of the Customer Service Director is to lead and manage the department to support customer engagement and drive lasting customer relationships. This involves implementing policies and procedures and providing process improvement strategies.
Oversees customer service department and development
Create and implement a strategy to manage the customer service team to drive business
Develop SOPs that effectively address customer service needs and resolve any issues
Responsible for analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience
Training new employees, establishing daily work schedules, effectively communicating job expectations and making informed decisions regarding department needs.
Qualifications
5+ years of customer service management experience
Logistics/transportation industry experience
Strong leadership skills
Analytical aptitude
Microsoft office suite
Additional Details
Primary schedule is Monday-Friday
8am-5pm
Minimum 1 year contract with strong potential for long term
On-site
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $67.00/hr.
