Our Team:

The Account Management Sales organization is a highly skilled team serving our largest and most complex customers while also managing our highest valued vaccine contracts. The customers we call on primarily include Health Systems, IHNs, Medical Groups, PBGs, GPOs, Wholesalers / Distributors, FQHCs and state Awardees.

Job Description:

The Associate Director, Health System Marketing will…

· Report into the Account Management Sales organization and focus on achieving Health System (HS) financial objectives.

· Develop tactical plans that support the HS marketing strategy.

· Identify & prioritize key HSs by opportunity, create relevant customer tools and resources that help support sustained access to all levels within our HS customers. This includes, but is not limited to C-suite, VP and Director levels in Pharmacy, Clinical, Operational and Quality departments.

· Support the execution of HS strategies and address customer needs.

· Recommend and lead the creation of Account Management training resources consistent with our HS strategies and tactics.

· Communicate and gain alignment on strategic and tactical plans with internal stakeholder groups so they are prepared to support.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum required skills & experience:

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· Broad understanding of health system business, decision making processes & market trends with a proven track record of accessing C-suite to D-suite decision makers.

· Ability to execute plans with their internal organization.

· The ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide ongoing feedback, and prioritize multiple projects.

· Broad field sales experience with demonstrated success working with P&T committees, decision makers & influencers in Hospitals, Health Systems and IHNs.

· Experience in Marketing, Customer marketing and building strategic plans for established portfolios and launch products.

· Possesses strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

· Self-directed and organized with excellent execution and planning skills.

· Ability to adapt and change in a shifting environment.

· Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Minimum preferred skills & experience:

· MBA preferred

· Strong data analytics

· Experience working in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting or Finance.

· Proficient with MS Office, customer management databased

The salary range for this position is $140,625.00 - 187,500.00. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
