Overview The Associate Director, Architecture & Technology is responsible for architecture, design and implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions on Insmed's enterprise applications. This role will lead the technical strategy and integration of our enterprise applications while ensuring alignment with Insmed's business objectives. We are looking for a driven, results-oriented leader to lead teams that will be building Insmed's next generation of systems used to automate and optimize our critical business processes. Responsibilities Responsibilities (Essential Role Responsibilities): * Lead the architecture, design and development of Insmed's enterprise SaaS solutions. * Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for system integrations and improvements. * Lead operations, security & data integrity focusing on Oracle Integration Cloud, Workday & ServiceNow. * Improve ongoing improvement efforts by refining standard operating procedures, such as coding standards and security measures, within the organization. * Working with client collaborators to document baseline current state Service Delivery operations across Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance and Manufacturing. * Participate in evaluation, selection and implementation of various enabling technologies. * Lead onshore/offshore delivery model and handle technical activities for multiple projects concurrently. * Collaborate with collaborators to ensure solutions meet business requirements * Support Audit related activities.Position Requirements (Required and/or Preferred Skills, Experience and Education):Position Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Technical field or equivalent professional experience required. * 8-10 years of experience in a Senior Information Technology related position. * demonstrated ability with SaaS Solutions. * 8-10 years hands on experience building scalable systems in an Oracle SaaS environment. * 5+ years of people management experience. * demonstrated ability with Oracle, Workday and ServiceNow supporting a global manufacturing organization. * demonstrated ability with cloud data conversion and integration processes, inbound and outbound interfaces, APIs using Oracle SOA, BICC demonstrating Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Snowflake. * demonstrated ability supporting Workday using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Integration Cloud preferred. * demonstrated ability leading full life cycle SaaS technical implementations. * Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Oracle Cloud Technology Certified preferred * Experience in an FDA regulated environment, preferably in a pharmaceutical or life sciences organization. * ExcTo view the full job description, click hereApply here: https://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=YmJnZW5lcmljLjIwMTE0LjEwNDEyQGluc21lZGNvbXAuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t
