JOB SUMMARY
Cumberland Dairy has an immediate job opening for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to supervise grounds and building maintenance relating to the various properties. This position will perform general and preventative maintenance of assigned facilities utilizing several trade skills which may include carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, flooring, minor hearting, and cooling.

Monday through Friday 7am – 3:30pm

REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks
Minimum 3 years of building maintenance experience
Valid driver's license in good standing
Knowledge and experience in reading charts, blueprints, tables, drawings, and schematics
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
Able to use a variety of maintenance tools, hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in a safe manner
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Must be able to read, speak, and write in English
Must be able to legibly write entries for record keeping
Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and bend required for virtually the entire shift; occasionally required to climb or balance
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with capabilities to lift up to 80 pounds
Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holiday
