Essential Job Functions: Participates in quality control programs/documentation, obtained results and records that are needed for the Quality/Business Management System. Must uphold and enforce the quality program defined within the SSI quality manual which is written to comply with ISO 9001 requirements, including ISO/IEC 80079-34 ATEX Directive and ISO 22163 (IRIS). Assist in writing procedures that will support the efforts to keep the SSI Quality registrations as required. Learn the use and function of the test equipment (mechanical and electrical) and procedures used in support of SSI quality programs. Must become proficient in the use of applicable programs in the computer system to support SSI quality programs. Through on the job training, become knowledgeable about the preparation of SPAP and reporting of same. Through on the job training, become proficient in procedures concerning calibration of all equipment and documented records. Assist in the calibration of internal equipment and documents results as needed. Visual inspection of solder joints per IPC J-STD-001. Regularly attend MRB and CCB meetings. May be required to provide hands on assistance in quality areas in an effort to maintain proper product and documentation flow. May be required to complete internal audit training to quality standards.
