Are you still searching for a new job opportunity? We are looking for an experienced Call Center Representative to work for a growing healthcare organization located in Brentwood, TN 37027. This position is on site, with various full time schedules available. The right candidate will be comfortable performing inbound and outbound calls in a high volume call center.

• Experience working with specialty pharmacy, or general healthcare required.

• A completed Associates/Bachelors Degree is preferred.

salary: $19 - $21 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls to assist customers regarding medication and referral needs

• Manage outbound calls to pharmacies to coordinate prescription availability/eligibility

• Conduct phone calls in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure detailed documentation of conversation

Skills

• Call Center Support (2 years of experience is required)

• Call Center (2 years of experience is required)

• Healthcare (2 years of experience is required)

• Pharmacy (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Speciality Pharmacy (1 year of experience is preferred)
