Solutions Architect Manager
Your role:
Support the HPM business transformation from product and features offer to solutions for improving customers clinical and operational performance
Will manage initially one direct report in the region, but interact across Monitoring and Philips Health System roles enabling proper execution
Engage with customers in the defined target segment where Philips can impact patient lives through safe and successful clinical outcomes
Be a role model for Commercial model innovation design & optimization, bringing new value proposition for customers
You're the right fit if:
Medical device or equipment technology background and 5 years’ experience as a manager in a hospital or medical device company
Understanding of needs, challenges, and flow of different hospital care set (ICU, Operating Room, General Care, Emergency, Cardiology)
University degree on biomedical/electronic engineer, preferably with MBA
Advanced level on English language, Spanish intermediate to advance level
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
